Cancellation Policy

We hope you understand that we are a small salon and missed appointments affect our business. Therefore we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking in order to fill the appointment space.

You will need a credit/ debit card to secure your booking online.

If an appointment is missed, cancelled or rescheduled without the required 24 hours minimum notice, the appointment will be charged in full to cover the Stylists time. In the event that we are able to fill the stylists time we will waive the charge or in exceptional circumstances – thank you.

Consultation

We may ask for a 50% deposit for consultations, depending on the complexity.

BLOW DRY PASS

Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is missed, cancelled or rescheduled without the required 24 hours minimum notice, a pass will be removed from your bundle or the appointment will be charged in full to cover the Stylists time.
